GameWarden is provided via a month-to-month license key system. Access to the software is conditional on your continued compliance with these terms.
Upon payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the GameWarden software solely within the Roblox platform for the duration of your active billing cycle. This license does not constitute ownership of the software or any of its components.
Your license is valid for use in your own Roblox experiences only. It may not be used on behalf of, or transferred to, any third party. Each license key corresponds to a single account and may not be shared across multiple users or organisations.
Licenses are billed on a monthly cycle. Failure to renew before the end of your billing period will result in immediate expiration of access. GameWarden bears no responsibility for any lapse in protection resulting from a failure to renew.
We reserve the right to revoke or void any license key at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: security breaches, suspected misuse, violation of these terms, or fraudulent payment. No refund will be issued in cases of revocation due to a terms violation.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge for the selected plan.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused portions of a billing cycle under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle - you will retain access until that date and will not be charged again. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
If you believe a charge has been made in error, you must contact us via our official support server before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and license.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers in advance of any changes.
By using GameWarden, you agree not to engage in any of the following. Violation of any restriction may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise derive the source code or underlying logic of the GameWarden loader or any associated software component.
You may not share, sell, sublicense, lend, or otherwise transfer your license key or access to any third party. Each license is strictly personal to the account that purchased it.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any part of the GameWarden system, including but not limited to license validation, detection logic, or access controls.
You must use GameWarden in full compliance with the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards. Any use that violates Roblox's policies is also a violation of these terms. We are not responsible for any actions Roblox takes against your account or experience.
You may not use GameWarden to target, harass, or unjustly ban players. The service is intended solely as a legitimate anti-cheat tool. Misuse of detection or ban capabilities is a violation of these terms.
Our tester program allows community members to help us identify and respond to new exploits. Participation is entirely voluntary and subject to the following conditions.
Testers are not employees, contractors, or agents of GameWarden. Participation does not create any employment relationship, and testers are not entitled to monetary compensation, benefits, or any form of remuneration.
While attendance is not mandatory at every session, testers are expected to demonstrate a reasonable and consistent level of engagement with the program. What constitutes reasonable engagement is determined solely at our discretion.
We reserve the right to remove any tester from the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: consistent inactivity, repeated rejoining and leaving, conduct unbecoming of a community member, or any violation of these terms. Removal carries no right of appeal unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Testers may be exposed to unreleased features, internal tooling, or details about known exploits. This information is confidential and must not be shared publicly or with any third party without explicit written permission from GameWarden.
We collect and process only the data necessary to operate the service. By using GameWarden, you consent to this.
We may collect your Discord account information obtained via OAuth, your Roblox Game ID, detection logs, and billing information processed via our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details.
Collected data is used solely for the purpose of operating and improving the GameWarden service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to deliver the service - for example, our payment processor - or where required by law.
We retain account and detection log data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your data by opening a support ticket in our official server.
GameWarden is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While we strive to provide the most effective anti-cheat solution possible on the Roblox platform, we do not guarantee that GameWarden will detect or prevent 100% of exploits. The cheating landscape evolves constantly and no system can provide absolute protection.
We are not responsible for any moderation actions, warnings, demotions, or bans imposed by Roblox on your account or experience, regardless of whether they are related to your use of GameWarden.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameWarden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or players.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, which may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. When we do, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of significant changes via our official Discord server. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Your continued use of GameWarden after any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
For any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding these terms or your license, please contact us through the appropriate channel below.
All support requests, including license queries, revocation appeals, and billing concerns, must be submitted via a support ticket in our official Discord server. We do not offer support through any other channel.
We aim to respond to all support tickets in a timely manner, however we do not guarantee specific response times. Urgent issues will be prioritised where possible.
